These Terms & Conditions apply to the Reverie Bespoke Jewellery website, enquiries, consultations, product listings, bespoke commissions, repairs, redesign, resetting, deposits, payments and related services.
By using this website, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultation, approving a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
About Reverie
Reverie Bespoke Jewellery is a Melbourne jewellery studio offering lab-grown diamond jewellery, natural coloured gemstones, bespoke jewellery, repair, redesign, resetting and private gemstone consultation.

We aim to keep product, service, price, availability and gemstone information accurate. However, natural gemstones can vary in appearance under different lighting, screens and photography conditions. Website information is general and may not reflect final bespoke specifications until confirmed in writing.
Consultations And Bespoke Work
Bespoke jewellery is made or arranged according to agreed design, stone, size, metal, setting and production details. Before production begins, Reverie will confirm key order details such as gemstone, design scope, price, deposit, estimated timeline and pickup or delivery arrangements.
Once sourcing, design, wax modelling, stone setting, resizing, repair or bench work has begun, changes or cancellation may affect price, timing and feasibility. This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Pricing, Deposits And Payments
Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. High-value gemstones, bespoke commissions, repairs and redesigns may require private consultation before a final price is confirmed.
Some work may require a deposit before sourcing, design or production begins. Balance payments are due before collection, delivery or release of the finished piece unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details, ring size, delivery information, design preferences and approval decisions. If details change, please notify us promptly. Changes after approval may affect price, timing or feasibility.
Natural Gemstones
Natural gemstones may contain inclusions, colour zoning, treatment history, origin context and other individual characteristics. Where relevant, Reverie will discuss known information and available documentation. Independent laboratory reports may be arranged or requested for selected stones where appropriate.
Intellectual Property
Website content, images, copy, designs, layout and branding belong to Reverie Bespoke Jewellery or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without permission.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Reverie is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, delay, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control.
