Reverie Bespoke

Return Policy

Last updated: 26 June 2026

This Return Policy applies to Ready-to-ship jewellery, loose gemstones, online orders, studio collection orders and approved returns for Reverie Bespoke Jewellery. This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. These rights cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by our store policy.

If an item has a major problem, you may choose a refund, replacement or another remedy available under Australian Consumer Law. If an item has a minor problem, Reverie may first offer a repair or another reasonable solution within a reasonable time.

You can read more about Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees and remedies on the ACCC website: consumer guarantees and repair, replace, refund or cancel.

Change Of Mind Returns

Change of mind returns are not an automatic legal entitlement. For ready-to-ship jewellery, Reverie may consider a change of mind return within 14 days of delivery or collection if you contact us first and the item is unworn, unused and in saleable condition.

To be considered, the item must include original packaging, certificates, valuation documents, care cards and accessories, and you must provide proof of purchase. If approved, we may offer a refund, exchange or store credit depending on the item and circumstances.

Items Not Eligible For Change Of Mind Return

  • Bespoke, made-to-order, resized, engraved or altered jewellery.
  • Special-order gemstones or pieces sourced specifically for your request.
  • earrings or hygiene-sensitive items once tried on or worn, unless faulty.
  • Sale, clearance or final-release items, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
  • Items damaged by impact, misuse, chemical exposure, normal wear, loss or unauthorised third-party repair.

Faulty, Incorrect Or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is faulty, incorrect, damaged on arrival or does not match the agreed description, contact us within a reasonable time with your order details, photographs and a clear description of the issue.

Please do not wear, alter, resize, repair or send the item to a third party before Reverie has assessed it. We may need to inspect the item before confirming the appropriate remedy.

Return Shipping And Insurance

Please contact us before sending any item back. High-value jewellery and gemstones require written return instructions and may require insured return shipping, tracking, signature on delivery or a studio appointment.

For approved change of mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping, insurance and safe packaging until the item is received by Reverie. If Reverie confirms that an item has a problem covered by Australian Consumer Law, we will reimburse reasonable return costs where required by law. Please keep postage, courier and insurance receipts.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed after inspection and usually returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Bank, card or payment provider timing may vary. Original shipping, insurance, duties and transaction costs may not be refundable for change of mind returns unless required by law.
