What should I bring?
Bring design references, your preferred diamond shape, any ring-size information and your intended date. An approximate budget is helpful; you can also discuss it at the appointment.
How much will my ring cost?
Your personal quote covers the agreed diamond, metal and setting work. Ask for the total including applicable GST and any delivery charges. Design references are not fixed-price offers.
Does a design photograph confirm the diamond report?
No. The report must correspond to the particular diamond selected for your ring. Ask to confirm the laboratory, report number and stated details.
When will my ring be ready?
Timing is agreed for the selected stone and design. Read our bespoke order policy and confirm the estimated date before ordering.
