We do not normally accept refund because you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Thus, please choose carefully. However, we understand you may have bought our jewellery as a gift, you may exchange within 30 days of the purchase for another item or credit notes to be spent online or in store. Because of the hygiene issue, the pierced earrings are not subject to exchange policy. The unwanted product should be returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sale receipt and all original packaging including any certificates supplied.

Costs related to return shipments will be at your own expense unless return shipment is due to a fault on behalf of Reverie Jewellery.
